The Pendennis Guest House

The house was a home until the late 1940's, when it was converted into a bed and breakfast / guest house it is now a quality in Cornwall assessed Guest House offering Bed and Breakfast in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. The House was built around 1860 and is an end of terrace 10 bedroomed Victorian house. It was built and occupied by the architect who designed and built many houses in the Penzance area. It is larger than other guest houses and bed and breakfasts in the terrace and has a lovely warm feel and has been lovingly restored to high standard. To the front is a patio area with seating, this area is planted with flower pots containing a mixture of tropical, annual and perennial plants, the Pendennis has previously been awarded 1st place in Penzance beautiful Britain in Bloom contest for the Guest House and Hotel category.
