The Hotel Restaurant Spa Le Plantevin is located in the heart of Drôme Provençale, at the crossroads of the medieval villages of Buis les Baronnies, Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine. This charming hotel welcomes you to its unique setting overlooking Mont Ventoux, and dominates the regional forest of the Baronnies. At Le Plantevin, you will find a shaded terrace of age-old lime trees, a panoramic restaurant, a swimming pool surrounded by a wooded park, and finally, a newly refurbished wellness area. We have 13 rooms (including one for disabled people) and 2 family suites equipped with bath/shower rooms, two-way air conditioning, flat-screen TV and safe. All are carefully decorated and personalised. Our hotel offers a lounge with fireplace and library, billiard room, car park and a secure garage for bikes/motorcycles. The private pool is available to clients of the Hotel Restaurant Spa. The wooded park allows children and adults to relax and opens out onto the local footpaths. The large windows of the Plantevin’s dining room offer a panoramic view of Mont Ventoux and the chain of the Baronnies. Respectful of local fresh products, our chef Christophe Auguste changes his menu to match the seasons. Finally, a well-being centre opened in June 2014 and has a spa and Finnish sauna.
